Residence Ca' Foscolo is composed of unique apartments, whose dimensions vary from 45 to 70 square metres. The largest apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The elegant and modern décor is harmoniously combined with traditional elements, such as the marble flooring of terraces and authentic Murano lamps.

A few hundred meters from the Rialto bridge, this historical building overlooks the quiet, secluded Campo della Fava, yet is just steps from the most frequented tourist routes. Its location is equally close Saint Mark's Square, where the most famous monuments and museums of Venice be found: Basilica of Saint Mark, Doge's Palace, the Procuratie, the Correr Museum, the Marciana Library. To reach the characteristic vegetable, fruit and fish market of Rialto, one must merely cross the picturesque Rialto Bridge with its historical shops, while the most elegant shopping area is toward the Mercerie, few hundreds meters from Ca' Foscolo, which leads you directly Saint Mark's Square, passing under the Clock tower.

How to reach Ca' Foscolo
From the railway station Santa Lucia and from Piazzale Roma (the main parking area):
by private WATER TAXI directly to the Residence in Campo della Fava. We suggest you to settle the price before embarking and to check that the taxi is authorized (it must have a yellow stripe on its side and a black license number on this stripe).
Or take the VAPORETTO (the public mean of transport) line n. 2 along the Grand Canal, and get off at the Rialto stop.
From the Rialto stop, take Calle Mazzini, which will be in front of you when you walk off the landing.
Walk along Calle Mazzini to Campo San Salvador, turn left toward Mercerie 2 Aprile, then right to Calle degli Stagneri, opposite the Benetton Store.
Cross the bridge at the end of Calle degli Stagneri and you will be in Campo della Fava. The first door on your right by the canal is Ca' Foscolo residence, number 5526.
From the parking area of Tronchetto Island:
take the VAPORETTO (the public mean of transport) line n. 2 along the Grand Canal, and get off at the Rialto stop.
From the Rialto stop continue as above. From the International Airport of Venice "Marco Polo"

Or take the ATVO or ACTV bus to the car terminal of Venice, called Piazzale Roma. Walk to the waterfront by the Grand Canal, where you will find the stops for the public means of transport, called the "vaporetto". Take vaporetto n. 2, and get off at the Rialto stop.

By the water shuttle ALILAGUNA, which leaves from the Airport pier and reaches San Zaccaria (close to Saint Mark) in about 1 hour. From here take the vaporetto line n. 2 along the Grand Canal and get off at the Rialto stop. From the Rialto stop continue as above.
