In the event that the booked apartment is not available, Dimora Veneziana S.r.l. reserves the right to offer an adequate alternative to the original reservation.
If the client should not accept this alternative, the Apartments Veneziana Dimora has no further liability toward the client and any payment will be refunded. Dimora Veneziana S.r.l. will have no further obligations toward the client.
Payment:
The Apartments Veneziana Dimora reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards before guest arrival.
At check-in, the Apartments Veneziana Dimora will charge full payment to your credit card, which was provided at the moment of booking. If this credit card is not authorised then you must pay the full amount in cash at the moment of check-in. If you cannot provide payment in full at check-in, the Apartments Veneziana Dimora is no longer responsible for your accommodation. The Apartments Veneziana Dimora can only guarantee accommodation once they receive full payment at check-in.

The only credit cards accepted are Visa and Mastercard. American Express is not accepted as guarantee of the reservation or for payment.
Number of Guests:
Only the number of guests declared at the time of booking is allowed. No additional guests will be allowed in the booked accommodation.
Arrival Time:
There is a EUR 40, 00 late check-in fee if you arrive after 21:00. If you plan to arrive after midnight you must notify the Apartments Veneziana Dimora beforehand and the late check-in fee is EUR 60, 00. In both cases, late check-in fees must be paid in full at check-in.
Staff are available for only one hour after the stipulated late arrival time. For stipulated late-arrivals that exceed this time, there will be an additional fee of EUR 20, 00 for every hour that Apartments Veneziana Dimora staff must wait at the residence for your arrival. All additional fees must be paid in full at check-in.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
