Our 16 apartments and studios were built in 2002 according the latest standards of European Union ,are set on a ground of 10000m² surrounded by sea.In front of the apartments lies a rocky beach ideal for fishing and snorkelling but just 200meters away there is a beautiful sandy beach.
For our younger friends there is a basketball court,a small playground and a special children section in our fresh water swimming pool. In the enclosed area your children can play and move around carefree.We can also provide you with baby bed and baby cot for our younger guests.
There is a washing machine as well as a barbeque on the premises available for our guests.
There are three types of apartment .
a. Studio (40 m2)
b. Apartment with 1 bedroom (45 m2)
c. Apartment with 2 bedrooms (60 m2).
All apartments are fully equipped with cuttlery and linen.
All apartments are air conditioned.
Our apartments are located in Stavros near the airport.
By car:
- Head for the airport and follow signs for Kalathas-Chorafakia-Stavros.
- Shortly after passing Kalathas, you will go through Chorafakia village.
- Follow signs for Stavros which is a further 10 minutes away.
- As you enter Stavros on the asphalt road you will see various signs. Follow
those for Hotel Perle and you will see signs for Nanakis Beach Apartments.
