Walk around Pendennis Castle on the headland and then take the ferry to St Mawes to see the sister fortification, commissioned by Henry VIII to defend Carrick Roads against foreign invasions.

By Train:
Take the train to Truro and change here for the Falmouth branch line. Penmere Halt is half a mile down the road from us. Please let the know what time you will be arriving at Penmere Halt and the can arrange a taxi to pick you up.
