Hotel Sunnyside Sunnyside requires a deposit of GBP 50 per room to secure bookings. The remaining balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Should you cancel your booking with less than 4 weeks’ notice, once the balance payment has been made, no refund is available.
In certain circumstances, you may be entitled to a full refund. These include: illness (either to yourself or a family member), death, or in the event of an unexpected posting or cancellation of leave by HM Forces. A substantiating certificate will have to be produced in all cases. The Hotel Sunnyside will not issue a full refund for any other reason.
