The Hotel Monopol is centrally located with partial views of the lake. Located next to the railway station, business and shopping areas and built in 1898 in new baroque style, the 73 renovated rooms provide comfortable accommodation.
The hotel also has rooms for seminars, conferences and banquets for up to 90 people, as well as technical equipment. The important airports are located 60 kilometres (Zürich) or 110 kilometres (Basel) from the hotel. Both can be reached by train in a 1 to 2 hours ride. Car drivers simply take exit “Lucerne centre” and follow the signs to the train station. The hotel is situated on the right side before the train station.
