You can use the motorway until Täsch (4.8 km before Zermatt).
By train:
The train in Brig has direct access to the modern BVZ Zermatt train and reaches the romantic and wild Visper valley in 1.5 hours.
For those taking the train to Zermatt there are free car park spaces in Visp.
In Täsch there are trains every 20 minutes and a shuttle bus taxi to Zermatt.
Zermatt also has a heliport run by Air Zermatt.
