In the event of an apartment not being available for justified reasons, the That's Italy Apartments reserves the right to offer an adequate alternative solution to the original reservation.
If the client should not wish to accept the alternative offer, every obligation will be terminated and the client will receive all amounts paid.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
