Travel information
Motorway exit Interlaken East. Turn Right, always straightforward (on your Right side you can see the Höhematte/green meadows). Turn at the first light right, after the first house on your right turn right again. Now you arrived at the parking place behind the hotel.
access directions by public transport:
Take the bus No 5 until the Zentralplatz (centre Square) from the West train station. Cross the zebra strip (in the direction of the bus), right until the first side street (approx. 10 m) then turn left. The is at the end of this side street.
Take the bus until the Metropole from the train station. There, cross the street and walk approx. 150m (in the direction of the bus) until the pedestrian zone. There, turn left and after approx. 30m you will find our hotel.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 12 years are charged CHF 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged CHF 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
